1. INTERNS:
Learning & Knowledge Development:
- Attend all induction and product training sessions on equity, Demat, trading platforms, insurance, and company services.
- Understand daily processes: lead handling, client on boarding, CRM usage, documentation, etc.
- Improve communication, sales pitch, objection handling, and professional etiquette over the internship period.
Lead Generation & Prospecting (Applicable for Sales/BD Interns):
- Make calls to prospective clients under supervision.
- Generate qualified leads and share them with senior team members.
- Assist in identifying potential customers from databases, referrals, and social media.
- Achieve basic weekly lead targets assigned by the manager.
Client Interaction Support
- Assist Relationship Managers/BDEs in following up with clients.
- Support in explaining basic product information (after training).
- Assist clients with filling forms, KYC documents, and on boarding queries.
Digital & Marketing Support (Applicable for Digital Marketing/Marketing Interns):
- Support in creating content ideas, captions, and basic creative.
- Help in posting or scheduling content on social media platforms.
- Assist in running small campaigns, collecting insights, and measuring engagement.
- Conduct basic competitor analysis and suggest improvement ideas.
Data, Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily call logs, lead sheets, and follow-up records.
- Prepare EOD (End of Day) reports and submit to your mentor/manager.
- Assist in maintaining documents, KYC files, and customer data entries in CRM.
- Compile weekly summary reports for management review.
Operational Support
- Help seniors with routine branch activities, customer walk-ins, and operational queries.
- Assist in events, promotional activities, or client-awareness programs conducted by the company.
Professional Discipline
- Maintain punctuality, attendance, and proper work ethics.
- Follow office dress code, communication guidelines, and behaviour standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data.
Target Contribution
- Support the team in achieving revenue, acquisition, and activation goals.
- Contribute 40–50% of base targets depending on the department.
- Show consistent weekly improvement in performance and learning.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with your manager, senior colleagues, and team members.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer fresh ideas.
- Maintain a positive, learning-oriented attitude throughout the internship.
